State Announces Leadership Changes
State announces the retirement of Steve Beard, chief business development officer. While stepping away from daily activities, Steve remains a valued member of the State family and its Executive Leadership team in an advisory capacity.
Tracy Parsons has been named Vice President for Client Development. She will be working closely with Steve for an extended period of time to ensure a smooth transition. Tracy has been a key member of State for more than 10 years. During that time, she consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence in client satisfaction, the development of client relationships, and her ability to lead others.
Beginning January 1, Parsons leads the Client Services, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Simultaneously, Logan Moser has been promoted to Director of Client Services. He has been a critical member of the team for more than seven years. He has continuously demonstrated his core strength of fostering positive client relationships.
“Both Tracy and Logan have demonstrated their commitment to our core value of excellence in their development of client relationships,” said Kris Aeschlimann, State’s chief financial officer. “I believe both will continue to serve our clients and lead our teams exceptionally well.”
We appreciate Steve’s dedication and commitment to our clients for so many years and are delighted to support him as he begins this lengthy transition. You can still expect to see Steve at several upcoming conferences.
We are confident this extended transition and well-deserved promotions will only strengthen the quality service you have come to expect from State. We look forward to another year of partnering together to best serve your organization and patients.
