We have a dedicated team of certified trainers and invest in industry-specific certifications including HFMA’s Credentialed Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and ACA’s Professional Collection Specialist (PCS). All members of our training staff have been certified through ACA International’s training programs, and many have experience conducting training courses on a national scale.
