Hybrid and Remote Work
The best of both worlds
State offers remote positions in most states and hybrid positions in our Beloit, WI call center.
Work-from-home eliminates your daily commute and expenses such as lunch or coffee out. And let’s be honest – everyone enjoys working in pajama pants on occasion!
Working in the office provides additional training and supervisor support in a more effective and timely manner that is difficult to replicate in a wholly remote environment. It also allows for additional interaction and collaboration with team members, which many people find is a key element to a fulfilling work life.

Giving Back to Our Communities
State is deeply committed to giving back to our communities. We donate more than $100,000 each year to support food, housing security, and healthcare. We host three major fundraisers each year, including the Annual Charity Golf Outing, Holiday Giving, and Polar Plunge with State matching all vendor and team member donations.

Compensation
We recognize that a competitive base wage is essential to attracting and retaining top talent for every role in an organization.
In addition to competitive base wages, our representatives are eligible for:
- Performance based increases as they gain expertise in assisting patients to resolve their healthcare accounts
- Additional compensation for fluency in a second language
- Shift differentials depending on shift worked and department assigned to
