However, State Collection Service continues to invest in a highly available, scalable and secure infrastructure. We have recently added optical telecommunication service, a redundant wide-area-network, a new enterprise-wide business telephone system, and upgraded our collection platform. We’re not done though, as we actively pursue ways to support the business and our clients, anytime/anywhere collaboration, and the need for business continuity in times of change or disaster.
