As an organization, we are certified by ACA’s PPMS quality management system. This ensures we follow compliant and consistent practices throughout the entire organization. While it is a comprehensive and practical system which helps us to be a stronger organization, the name perhaps doesn’t reflect its purpose or value. The ACA has announced that it is renaming the program to “Blueprint Quality Management System.”

The new name better reflects the purpose and benefit of the program, in that it is designed to give organizations a structure to ensure they are following best practices.

Congratulations to Tina Hanson, Executive Vice President, for her role in the rebranding process as an ACA Board Member. State’s team remains deeply committed to industry leadership and ensuring our team remains at the forefront of compliance and best practices.
