State Collection Service was recently awarded a $360,000 grant by Wisconsin Fast Forward, a program of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. These funds will be used to train 200 new hires over a 2-year period to support the growing demand for highly skilled health insurance and healthcare customer service representatives. We will be implementing a new 90-day training program to provide individuals with the necessary instruction to be successful in learning the skills needed. We are very excited by this award and thanks the state of Wisconsin for supporting our growth efforts!
