Haag has played a pivotal role in State Collection Service’s exceptional growth over the nearly 10 years he was been with the company. “I am excited to continue serving our employees and clients in a new capacity and I am proud to be the torchbearer of my family’s legacy,” said Haag. “Becoming President of a company my grandparents started almost seven decades ago is an awesome responsibility and one that I do not take lightly. Maintaining our strong culture of family values, community involvement, and industry leadership while ensuring our clients and their patients always receive the best possible service are at the core of my goals as I begin in this new role,” he continued.

“Tim’s passion for doing what is right for our clients, our employees, and this company are evident to anyone who spends just a little bit of time with him. Helping consumers is how my father viewed his role when he started this company and I know Tim sees his place in this organization in the same way, said Chairman and CEO, Tom Haag. “I am so proud of everything Tim has accomplished so far in his time at State Collection Service and cannot wait to see everything he will do in the coming years.”

Current State Collection Service President, Terry Armstrong, shared, “Tim has proven himself time and again to be a strong leader with the ability to execute his vision for the company. His passion and many accomplishments position him well to lead the next phase of State Collection Service’s growth and success.” With State Collection Service since 2011, Armstrong has been critical to the company’s upward growth trajectory and increasing market dominance. He will retain an advisory position with State after his retirement at the end of the first quarter.

“I cannot thank Terry enough for the guidance and support he has provided me in his time at State – his experience, knowledge, and patience have been instrumental in preparing me to lead the company,” Haag expressed.
