Due to new projects onboarding and existing projects expanding, we have a high need for new team members to join State. Since you are the best source of new members for the State family, we are increasing our referral bonus for anyone hired by April 30.

Effective immediately, for every team member you refer to us that is hired by April 30, you will receive a total of $1200 payable at the following milestones:

$100 at 30 days of employment
$100 at 90 days of employment
$250 at 6 months of employment
$750 paid in mid-December – just before the holidays!

We also are hosting a competition. The individual who refers the most new team members that are still employed on December 15^th, will receive an additional $500. If there is a tie, both will receive $500.
