As we navigate the global pandemic, State has created two new phone lines to stay in communication:
- Call In Line: If you are unable to work your scheduled shift, please call 800.477.7474 ext. 445. Please include your name, location, department, client project and supervisor name. If you are requesting a schedule change, please let us know the details of the change you are requesting. Alternatively, you may email humanresources@stcol.com. Please do NOT call your supervisor as you normally would – please use this specific line until further notice.
- Information Update Line: If you are unable to access email, State will provide our daily staff update as a recording on this line. To listen to the daily update, please call 800.477.7474 ext. 556.
