State is proud to announce that its 6th Annual Golf Outing, held on August 6 at Kestrel Ridge Golf Course in Columbus, WI, raised more than $40,000 and still counting to benefit Make-A-Wish Wisconsin. Approximately 65 attendees joined State for the annual event, bringing together leadership, sponsors, and technology partners to help create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

“We are incredibly proud to have raised more than $40,000 for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin and to support the important work they do for children and families,” said Tim Haag, president & CEO of State. “We were inspired by industry colleagues who have helped make several children’s dreams come true, and seeing the impact those wishes can have made us want to direct our efforts toward this wonderful cause. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success.”

In addition to supporting a meaningful cause, the golf outing provides an opportunity to strengthen relationships and foster connections between State’s team members, valued partners, and industry peers. While approximately 65 attendees gathered at Kestrel Ridge, a team of State volunteers also spent time baking and cleaning at the Madison Ronald McDonald House as part of the company’s continued commitment to giving back.

“We are so grateful to State, its sponsors, partners, and employees for choosing to support Make-A-Wish Wisconsin through this year’s golf outing,” said Carol McChesney Johnson, Madison Regional Director for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin. “Support like this helps us bring hope, strength, and joy to children and families facing critical illnesses and moves us closer to our vision of granting the wish of every eligible child.”

State extends a heartfelt thank-you to the incredible sponsors whose generosity made this event possible: Frost Echols LLC, Simplicated, Inc., SndRight, Oak Bank, Sift Healthcare, RevSpring, Axley Brynelson LLP, PDCM Insurance, TCN, Trust Point Inc., Anteloope, TransUnion, Hawkins Ash CPAs, RSM US LLP, Paylocity, and Finvi.
