Health Care Customer Service Call Center Representatives
This position acts as an extended business office of our health care clients’ patient accounts department. Patient Account Representatives work in a call center environment handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls. To maintain the company’s vision “Partnerships for a lifetime” employees in this highly customer service oriented position will answer questions the patient has regarding their bill or insurance, as well as gather information and problem solve to achieve account resolution.
Comprehensive paid new hire training is provided with extensive client specific information. Tenured employees serving as a mentor, aid in the success of our newly trained talented staff. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and possess professional communication and customer service skills. Previous call center experience and general medical and insurance knowledge a plus.
This is a full time 40 hour per week opportunity. The ability to work 3 day shifts and 2 evening shifts per week as well as a half day every other Saturday is required.
