Collection Representatives
As a Collection Representative at State Collection Service you would enjoy your day in a call center environment working as a partner for our clients and their customers to resolve past due accounts. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, goal oriented, and will possess superior communication skills. Job Requirements:
As the success of our valued employees is imperative, we provide a comprehensive paid training program as well as assign tenured employees as mentors to newly trained staff. Our office environment is competitive yet supportive to captivate the team’s successes. Candidates of interest will have previous experience servicing the public; sales, call center, previous collection experience is helpful.
We are ready and excited to pay a healthy base pay plus commissions to keep you challenged and rewarded. This is a full time 40 hour per week opportunity. The ability to work 3 day shifts and 2 evening shifts per week as well as a half day every other Saturday is required.
