As a Client Services Account Executive, we will expect you to:

• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between the company and your assigned clients, as well as any other clients who may potentially reach out to you for service

• Handle information requests, issues, and other client-related tasks for those clients assigned to you

• Help to manage quality of service and client satisfaction by professionally, quickly, and thoroughly responding to client needs

• Interact with assigned clients via email, phone, face-to-face meetings and other written correspondence

• Manage the production and analysis of client reporting packages as well as adhoc report requests

• Settle any account follow-up issues, informing internal departments of client issues, policies, changes, or needs, acting as an advocate of client interests and service within the company

• Represent State by attending client meetings, both onsite and offsite

• Represent State at trade association meetings and conferences throughout our industry, as needed
