Geneva, IL – State Collection Service, Inc. is proud to announce that it is looking to expand its Geneva, IL office by 50-100 employees over the next three years.  One of the company’s four locations, Geneva is currently its fastest growing office with a staff of over 30 individuals. 

During the summer of 2010, KCA Financial Services (KCA) of Geneva, IL was on the brink of closing its doors, with several dozen employees expecting to lose their jobs.  At that time, State Collection Service, a Madison, WI-based corporation and long-time associate of KCA made the determination to acquire the assets of the struggling company, thereby saving jobs and a long-standing corporate citizen.  Since this acquisition, State Collection Service has strengthened the location’s employee base, continuing to grow the location quickly.

As part of the company strategic growth plan, State Collection Service’s executive management team has made the decision to add 50-100 additional positions within the Geneva location over the next three years.  “We understand that many communities are suffering the effects of an extensive economic downturn.  As a company, we know our responsibility to grow within the communities where we are based,” says State Collection Service Chief Executive Officer and Owner, Tom Haag.  “Expanding our Geneva location by dozens of individuals not only helps our clients and our company, but has an extended positive impact on the local area.”
