Extended Business Office (EBO)
Extended Business Office Programs are designed to be an extension of your business office for all services prior to write-off.
The Extended Business Office Program is an outsourcing service offered by State Collection Service, Inc. This program is extremely flexible and customized to enhance your internal business office procedures. EBO is a short term program, which is intended to aggressively process accounts prior to write-off or referral to a third party collection agency.
What is EBO?
The program is designed to:
- Be an extension of your business office that is transparent to your customers
- Augment your in-house collection activities
- Reduce your costs of collections
- Take advantage of predictive dialing capabilities and custom letter products
- Targets Accounts that are 0 to 120 days old
How Does It Work?
Account information is transmitted electronically. All policies and protocols are setup by your team and ours and adhered to by our staff. A local (or 800) number is provided to your customer and answered in the name of your facility or in the name of Capitol Credit Service. All customer inquiries will be directed to our office with payments routed either to your business office or ours. Upon completion of the work cycle, all accounts are returned to you, along with any pertinent information (i.e. Mail returns, skips, bankruptcies, disputes, etc.). You determine the proper follow-up (payment arrangement, referral to a collection agency, write-off.) Partial payments can be worked further by us through our contract payment monitoring program or returned and monitored by your staff.
What Are The Benefits of EBO?
Applications of this program have shown dramatic results in cost effective processing of accounts. By outsourcing your businesses office, you save on employee costs, postage and phone expense. A dedicated collection team would work your accounts. Case studies are available upon request.
