Third Party Disagreements

On rare occasions, the party owing the balance verbalizes a dispute. Our Third Party Disagreement procedure allows our management team to follow up on the issue.

SCSI’s procedure is to ensure all debtor or debtor’s attorney disputes are handled in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the state laws, the state statutes and the company’s philosophies. All verbal disputes are handled by our management team.
