Continuous Improvements

A company must continue to improve and find efficiencies in their ways of doing business. Continuous improvements are a mandatory aspect of PPMS, which ensures that we are implementing all possible improvements.

Process improvement projects are a requirement of the program. A continuous improvement is a process that looks for better ways of doing business and is a requirement of our Professional Practices Management System. Every job description in the company contains a responsibility of looking for continuous improvement opportunities. We currently have over 40 continuous improvement projects in the works. They range from finding better skiptracing tools, to implementing a New Client Welcome packet for our sales team. Every department has continuous improvements they are working on. This guarantees we will always continue to deliver on what we promise.
