Non-conformities

Non-conformities ensure that we are following all company policies and procedures.
    A non-conformity is an ''oops'' or a mistake that we found in our processes, or something that did not go as planned. Anyone in the company can write a non-conformity. Every non-conformity is logged and assigned to a manager for resolution. Every Monday the management team meets to discuss all open non-conformities and discuss the resolutions. Thirty to forty-five days after a non-conformity is closed, our Quality Assurance Director reviews the solution to ensure it is still working. Sometimes business situations change, which requires another change in the resolution. We ensure we are managing that change through non-conformities. We know your business is changing daily and we want to make sure we are keeping on track with those changes.
