Professional Practice Management System Overview

State Collection Service is certified by the ACA’s Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) program (a certification program based on ISO 9000 certification). State Collection Service is proud to announce that we are among the first collection agencies in the country to be certified through both the ACA PPMS program and the International Association of Commercial Collectors. These certifications guarantee that we have written and audited quality assurance and compliance programs in place. We are continually re-certified by an external auditor every two years.

PPMS is a management system designed to produce consistent quality production at all levels of the collection business incorporating continuous improvements. It is a multi-layered approach to quality control that guarantees your expectations have been met. PPMS, also assists our management team to track call quality scores, Department of Financial Institution account investigations, and client issues through the monthly measurements process. Measurements are our monthly goals that are reported on, logged, and reviewed to analyze trends and take action in areas where negative trends are developing. We are able to be proactive in the compliance arena by identifying potential risks before they turn into litigation. We currently have 3 out of the 6 Nationally certified PPMS instructors employed at SCSI and are confident that you will notice the improved quality of our service. PPMS manages our processes so our clients’ expectations are met.
