Collection Account Managers

SCSI Account Managers work on behalf of clients in the Medical, Utilities, Government and Commercial sectors to collect on overdue consumer accounts. Account Managers work with customers to gather information, build relationships, and resolve debt issues together successfully. The ability to work a varied schedule that includes two evenings per week and two Saturday mornings per month are required.

Patient Account Call Center Rep.

In this position, you are responsible for managing a high inbound/outbound call volume; negotiating payment plans with our client's patients. You will also ensure that accounts are followed up in a timely, professional manner according to each client's standards and all applicable laws. Daily responsibilities also include calling client accounts by utilizing company resources and established calling pools while following all client protocols. You will also be responsible for data entry functions and troubleshooting or resolving problem accounts.
