Collection Account Managers
SCSI Account Managers work on behalf of clients in the Medical, Utilities, Government and Commercial sectors to collect on overdue consumer accounts. Account Managers work with customers to gather information, build relationships, and resolve debt issues together successfully. | Experience: |
Experience working with the public in a sales, customer service or call center environment desired. Experience working within a collections/accounts receivable environment a plus. Data entry and Windows-based computing skills.

Patient Account Call Center Rep.
In this position, you are responsible for managing a high inbound/outbound call volume; negotiating payment plans with our client's patients. You will also ensure that accounts are followed up in a timely, professional manner according to each client's standards and all applicable laws. Daily responsibilities also include calling client accounts by utilizing company resources and established calling pools while following all client protocols. You will also be responsible for data entry functions and troubleshooting or resolving problem accounts. | Experience: |
Candidates of interest will preferably possess general medical/healthcare background; Collection or call center experience is also preferred. Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong computer abilities is a must. Knowledge of the FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA laws is a plus. Candidates of interest must be available to work two evening shifts per week and two Saturdays per month. |
