Our clients are assigned a dedicated client services representative.

Our clients will have one dedicated Customer Service Representative and a second person as a backup, both of whom will be accessible during business hours to answer or respond to any of your questions. Additionally, the collection manager of your accounts will be able to have regular discussions based your needs.
