SCSI’s Client Services department is the focal point for handling client related inquiries, issues and complaints. We have an experienced customer service team at our corporate office that is dedicated to facilitating quick responses to the questions and challenges we face each day. Our tools, techniques and methodologies include the following:

  • Phone System with Client Services resource answer pools and voice mail accessed through our main number at 608-661-3000 or toll free service at 1-800-477-7474
  • E-mail service with a dedicated customer service mailbox (customersupport@stcol.com) as well as Client Services Specialist mailboxes to support electronic communication of inquiries, issues & complaints
  • Conference calls or scheduled face-to-face reviews to discuss and celebrate program successes, identify areas of challenge, establish resolution strategies and agree on specific improvement plans
  • Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) providing tools and governance for issue management, non-conformity management and client audits
